CHARACTERISTICS Birbèt has an earthy, or lightly ruby color with hints of orange reflections. Its aromatic scent is intense and shows traces of flowers such as geraniums and peach blossoms. Its sweet, but not cloying taste brings to mind traces of ripe fruit blackberry, raspberry and forest berries.
MATURING Made in steel casks

ALCOHOLIC strength 6,5% vol.
Characteristics Obtained from the long bunch, this typical vine of Roero is the classic party wine, long known as the ‘wine for women’, which in local tradition accompanies sweets and desserts. The smooth, light earth of Roero is the perfect soil for this vine.
